There is no "cause of the moment" that disgusts me more than "rock the vote." This is a sad attempt to relieve a symptom rather than cure the disease, the symptom being people not voting, the disease being ignorance and apathy. Regardless of the fact that their fliers, posters, and materials, are all agenda-ridden propaganda for leftist candidates, I just can't seem to figure out why I would desire a 19 year old kid who could not name our secretary of state if his life depended on it, to vote. If this cause was in support of educating those who do not actively take part in the free political process of this country, then I'd probably volunteer to help, but in the meantime I will still get a little nauseas every time I see campaigning for this cause.

Answer this question, 99% of the time a kid who knows nothing about politics is thrown into a voting, who will he vote for? If you do not know the answer, the people behind these "causes" sure do.

Jason, are you going to have any semblance of political balance on this site?
